Although he was coping with his part-time jobs under heavy living pressure, he had never slackened his studies. He had made a very detailed plan: get up before half past six in the morning, do morning readings and practice to give lecture from seven to eight; observe the people who do better than him and look for resons why they can do better and then adopt their methods to his advantage; set aside five hours every week to read newspapers and magazines in library to broaden his horizon and activate his mind; participate in various activities so as to learn and improve his practical ability. He strong believes that he must not give up his studies and piety. The only way to make his parents feel happy is to study hard and master the skills efficiently.
In 2004, he achieved the position of Chief Leader of the Market Expansion Department of Work-study Management Centre in his university. In the following two years, he drafted 90 planning books, visited hundreds of corporations in Hunan, and established good relationships with about 300 corporations such as Suning Electric, Beida Jade Bird, Backgammon, McDonald’s12. Moreover, he helped 1000 poor students to find work-study jobs.
