Failure is a very usual thing.Some may look on it as stumbling block,while others treat it as a stepping stone that leads to your future accomplishment,so different attitudes toward failure will lead to different consequences.

As for me,success doesn't means the absence of failure,it means the attainment of ultimate objective.many people are too afraid of failure to undertake new trail,they make mistake of believing that failures are harmful and helpless,while many of them turn out to be necessary and helpful.(however many of them proved to be necessary and helpful.) many others think that failure provide feedback that point the way to success.failure can even push people to get together a new and better trail,leading through yet more trail and error until they can ultimately find a viable and creative solution.to meet with failure bravely may help people to take one more step on the path to final success,no failures means no success.
