how's going? as you might have heard, i'm planning to enrich my acedemic as an exchange student in U of T.

i'm wondering if you can lend me some help over in toronto.

evidently, the residence offered by the university is very expensive, i'm hoping to RENT a place nearby the school. some small SPACE would do nicely, i don't mind living with other ROOMMATEs.

I will only be there for a short PERIOD of time, so any closer LOCATION to the school would be ideal.

I will be travel with quite a lot of things, so if the room comes with a STORAGE facility that would be the top pick.

for your CONVENIENCE, you have my authorization to sign a half year contract/lease whenever you see fit.

I hope that won't be too much trouble for you. is there anything I can do, please do not hesitate to ask.
