There are more and more spare time. Different people may have different ways of killing the time. Some like playing sports, such as, football, basketball, talbe tennis and so on. I always spend an hour walking or jogging in the park. Besides, I also play tennis with my friends on weekends. In my opinion, taking exercise can not only build our bodies but also let me make lots of new friends. Sparing spare time like that can not only improve us physically, but also amend us psychologily.
