In general,failure is often considered as a bad thing.Everybody hates failure and we wish everything we do is perfect.But the arctical I read today provides a special angle for readers to look at the failure.The author's granddaughter started kindergarden and what she wished for her granddauhter is not the success but the failure.She believed in the power of failure because people can learn something they don't know from it.So failure is a good thing to let us promote ourselves.I really appreciate the sentance that"First-time failure is expected and it is the natural order of things"When we tread on an unfamiliar ground,we can not expect ourselves to do a perfact job for the first time.When I failed my first interview,I had a bad mood and regarded myself as a low-capable person.After reading the passage,I learn that it is not so difficult to accept the failure because it was just my first try and it reminds me of what I have learn and how I can do whatever it is better next time.Failure is not the end of world.In contract,it is just a begining.
