Every generation of people made their own contribution to our knowlege,whether it be through science,tecnology or literature.In our modern soceity,people focus less on facts and figures,which is the fudamental way to acquire knowlege,more on good memory and their own feelings which they take for granted.However,there is still a need for the critical way of thinking,that is,proving by facts.let's see the case of Galileo,one of the most famous contributor to science in 17th.By diligent research,he drew the conclusion in violant contrast to the Church's words,which dominant the mind of people for hundreds of years.the other side of the picture is quite the different.as we all know,the curved glass used by the great telescope of Galileo was a famous device,at that time,to produce illusion not truth.though we can not blame those who claimed that the planet observed with Galileo's telescope was the scrach of the glass,we must ask our self:in what way has these man made any contribution to our science.Science is something too improtant to be left to those people who was led by their feelings.only the one who base on fact can drawn the conclusive proof to our science.
