My mother is a common woman.She is a little plump and her hobby is playing sports.Every morning,she get up early and do some exercises in the park.After back home.She will take some bread with milk as breakfast.When the dinner finished,she goes to the gym for more exercises.She never drink coffee or other irritant beverage and always keep a healthy diet.So you see,she has really good health and hardly asks for help in hospital.
