Sure表示“可以”的意思,表示态度.Sure,but可译为“当然可以,但是……”同样的句式有：
---Will you please repeat your idea?
---Sure,but I don't think you were paying attention.
其他几个,No 和 Sorry 后面不需要加表示转折的“but”,因此否定掉.
Yes表示“是的”,表示对对方判断的肯定.例如,
---I hear Tom is coming to China.
---Yes,but I'm not sure if he will like our school.
Yes表示对对方语句或表达事实的一种判断,而非sure所表达的一种态度.
如果这道题目改为：
---Are you at leisure just now?【你现在有空吗?】
则回答不是Sure,而是Yes.
---Yes,but I'm going to babysit my sister.
