Blanking is the use of sheet metal along the mold so that the outline must have a separation of the shape of a stamping process.It includes blanking,punching,cutting,trimming processes,including blanking and punching is the most common of the two kinds of processes.It is the stamping process,one of the most basic processes.Stamping processing in a wide range of applications.It can also direct out finished parts for bending,deep drawing and extrusion billet preparation,and other processes can also be formed in the workpiece has been re-processing (trimming,punching and other processes).In this paper,drawing with cylindrical flange compound die design,through the process of analysis of the workpiece,the process to determine the final program:① blanking - the first deep drawing ② continue to use the first set of the second drawing die ③ sets for edge grinding apparatus for punching.Introduced blanking - deep drawing,punching - Trimming the two sets of composite die size of the main part of the design work and calculations and the design of abrasive structure.And mapping the two sets of mold assembly and the main parts of the map.
