It is coming to the end of this year, it is time to make new year resolutions , looking back to the last year, no special to be worthy of talk .what about next year?
I set a tone for myself these two years, preparing for the further and waiting for chance.
In the aspect of job, next year will be a harder year, job chance will become less with globle finance crisis , my strengh is also not strong enough to find a better job, fluent englih, professional knowledge and management skills, wide resources which I still need to accumulate .so next year I need to stay at the same company and make no movement and spend another common year.
