Jimmy comes home to find Dominic reading The Guinness Book of World Records at the kitchen table and asks him how school was.Dominic tells him that today was Career Day and that a doctor and a brain surgeon was there.When Dominic leaves Jimmy tells Christine that Dominic is embarrassed that he is a security guard because he always invites him to Career Day.Jimmy decides to take Dominic to play skeeball but he reads the entire time and will not even accept the tickets that Jimmy won.
Jimmy decides to get into the Guinness Book to regain his "coolness" in Dominic's eyes.He writes Guinness about creating a new record--the most hours spent wearing a hat,but they turn him down.After scanning the book for other records he attempts the following records:longest time spinning a quarter,most clothespins on the face,and most grapes in the mouth.He fails at those and decides to quit.
After Christine tells him he always quits when things are too difficult,Jimmy decides to attempt the record for a marshmallow shot out of your nostril the longest distance and caught in another persons mouth.Jimmy clears the distance by two feet when Dominic is the one to catch the marshmallow in his mouth and he becomes an official record holder.
