Well,first,i think that my body is the basic of good spirits ,
and of course i usually take sports such as jogging,swimming and tennis.
Then when i fell a little tired ,i will listen to different styles of music because i like the different feelings they bring to me .
At last,when i am in frustrated moods,i will go shopping and in this way,i can keep my mood in a good situation.
