Due to the difference in cultures between the East and the West, vocabularies of animals are rich in culture connotation, besides the word itself representing the animal. Similar animal vocabularies can also have different connotations. Thus, for animal vocabularies that do not have a corresponding meaning in the culture can be translated using paraphrasing. This can reduce the effect on translation due to the difference in cultures and result in the translated text having the same meaning. When required, translation techniques need to be changed to prevent direct translation. This will help to reduce unnecessary misunderstandings and aid in better communication between inter-culture communications.
