The seller is responsible that,except as specifically stated,there is no asbestos or similar environmental or health and safetu hazard involved in his scope of supply.

26.OTHEER TERMS:

(A) This Contract is made in six originals,the Buyer takes four originals and the Seller takes two.Each original shall have the same legal effect.This contract will be effective from the date on which the Seller receives the written confirmation about contract effectiveness issued by the Buyer as well as sending the receipt of conformation to the Buyer.

(B) For agreement about this contract,see the technical appendix of this contract.The technical appendix is an integral part of This Contract and with the equal legal effect.
