there's always melamine cyanuric acid mixied in the Melamine which is added to the milk.these two substance will bind each other to form a net-like structure.after intake by human body,these two substance will seperate by the gastric acid.then they will be absorbed by the kidney.in the kidney cells they will bind to each other again,which makes stones in the kidney and may obstruct the tubules in the kidney.for adults,frequent drinking can decrease the posibility of stone-formation.but for fetus,it's easier to form stone as they drink less.
