Walking is the easiest exercise.It's simple and safe. It is no surprise that more and more people like walking.
Walking is different from much exercise that needs a specific time. It is much more flexible(灵活的) exercise. You can walk anytime . An early morning walk with a friend, expecially if you both have dogs, is a great way to start the day. A walk before bed helps you get to sleep easily. In fact , one of the best things one can do for body is to walk.
One should walk four to seven times a week. Walking in a park is better than in busy streets. The park is not only more relaxing but there is likely to be less traffic.
If one lives in a area where it is too hot or too cold to welcome outdoor walks , one can also go to a gym and walk on a running machine(跑步机). Whether the walking takes place outside or inside, be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and protective(防护的)clothing.
