Nowadays, I would be very hard to not using technology. The latest information will usually be uploaded online. Not being able to use computers, it will be hard to receive the latest information in time. Besides, if one cannot watch TV, they can only get news on newspapers, which will not be in a timely manner. If one cannot use computer, that person can only write homework on paper, which is much less efficient than typing on computers.

If I cannot use technologies, I will hang out with my friends. To be able to have access to information, I have to be connected with the outside world. By hanging out with my friends, they will inform me of any interesting things that are happening in the world. I may also read books to learn more information. I can also go shopping, go fishing, go hiking, or go swimming. There are so many activities that I can do without using technologies. However, doing those activities may be okay for a day or two, but that would be hard if I have no access to technology for a week, or even a month.

Although we cannot say that we can't live without technologies, but it would be very inconvenient. Without a printer, we can't print documents stored in computers. Without telephone, we cannot communicate with the peopel far away. Without a fridge, food will go bad easily. Without a calculator, it will take us hours to workout a complex computation. Without electricity, we will have no life at night. After all, technologies are invented to benefit human beings. Especially we have been living with the access to technologies for such a long time. It would be impossible for us to survive without the use of technology in a city.
