so...that与such…that的意思和句法作用相同,但是因为so（adv．）和such（adj．）的词类不同,所以so...that和 such...that的句子结构也不同.试比较：
so+adj．／adv．+that clause（so后跟形容词或副词）
such（a／an）+n．+that clause（such后跟名词）
例如：
It was so cold that we did not want to go out．
It was such a cold day that we did notwant to go out．
天太冷了,我们都不想出去.
The play was so interesting that I went to see it several times．
This was such an interesting play that I went to see it several times．
这个话剧十分有趣,所以我去看过好几次.
