Dear principal.
I am writing to you to propose the erection of new regulations about giving punishment to those students who throw litter and paint everywhere. These behaviors are extremely bad for our school. If we do not correct these behaviors, the students will find themself having a hard time distingushing good and bad habits; and we would be fault found by their parents; furthermore, it would prove disappointing for those visitors to our school.
As a smart principal, i am convinced that u will understand my purpose of proposal and will do something about it.
I would not evade my responsibilities of helping build a better school together with you, in which reason i write this letter to criticize those students having misbehaviors.
