If you want to stay in good health ,you should keep a healthy lifestyle .Here is some advice:When we get up ,we should first open the windows to let the fresh air in and also we should keep our room clean and tidy .We should do sports everyday to make us strong ,exercising is good for our health .Before meals,we should wash our hands.We should not eat junk food ,like French fries.It is bad for our health.we should eat more fruit and vegetables ang drink milk everyday.we should not stay up late ,teenagers should have enough sleep .We should go to bed early ang get up early.I think if you do like this,you will be healthy.
