Mordern technology has brought us both advantages and disadvantage.First of all,The advantage is mordern technology has changed pur life style.It has improved our life in many ways.We used to be unable to travel far in a short time,it is not a big issue now.We used to be unable to communicate with people on the other side of the Earth easily,now we can do it in different ways,such as email,telepnone.Besides,morden technology has made our life pace faster.You can have your lunch with your friend in Beijing and you may be on the boat to tour the Western Lake in Hangzhou in the evening,which had not been possible before we have mordern technology.What is more,with the help of mordern technology we can send astronauts to the outer space.
However,mordern technology has also disadvantages.A good example is it has made people lazy.Many people don't want to travel on foot,by bike any more even though it is healthy.
Modern technology has made people too much rely on automations and lose quite a lot of good manual skills.
I hope we can turn the disadvantages to advantages by actively changing our life style a little bit so to make our life heathier.
