经济全球化已成为一种不可逆转的趋势.其必然的结果就是各企业无论规模大小、实力强弱,都必须面对全球化的竞争市场,物流企业也不例外.按照***加入wto的承诺,自2004年12月始,***的服务业包括物流业全面对外开放,国外的物流巨头利用技术资金和全球网络的优势逐步吞噬着***的物流市场.在这样的市场态势下,***的物流企业如果想求得长期的生存和发展,并进而追求向国外市场的扩张,就必须注重自身核心竞争力的构建与培育.

Along with scientific and technological progress and economic development as well as China's accession to the WTO,Chinese enterprises are facing tremendous pressure of competition,as a customer service enterprises constitute the main part of the logistics services business has become the key to enhance competitiveness.This paper introduces the concept of the logistics services and features,pointed out that the logistics services for enterprises of the importance of this on the basis of business logistics services through existing problems,the level of logistics services to improve the ways and rationalization steps.

Economic globalization has become an irreversible trend.With the inevitable result is that all enterprises regardless of their size,strength or small,must face global competition market,logistics enterprises are no exception.According to China's WTO accession commitments,since before December 2004,China's logistics industry services,including a comprehensive opening to the outside world,foreign logistics giant use of technology funds and the advantages of a global network gradually engulfed the domestic logistics market.In such a market situation,our country's logistics enterprises if we want to achieve long-term survival and development,to keep abreast of the times and the pursuit of the expansion of foreign markets,they must focus on their core competitiveness of the construction and development.
