一般过去时→过去完成时和过去进行时,主要的是把谓动词变成过去完成时和过去进行时,再把相应的人称变化一下,当然还要特别注意时间状语的适当变化.

e.g.
1"I visited my teacher yesterday."he said
→ He said that he had visited his teacher the day before

3.He said to her,"What are you going to do this Sunday?"
→He asked her what she was going to do that Sunday.
