When job-sharing,the following factors should be taken into consideration.frist,you should find someone you like.Be prepared to comunicate and share credit and blame,.find a perfect parter ,will help you work most effectively.second ,you get organised and plan how you share the work,by this ,i mean to plan the system for handing work over carefully and play to each other's different strengths.Delegate the workload according to each other's particular skills and qulities.finally,you should set your limits to your employer's expectation.If you are asked to do six-day every week,you can speak no to your employer.overall,the three factors are important when job-sharing with others
