The single arm press machine is applied to the correction of axle spare parts and shaped materials, and the press casting of axle sleeve parts, the bending and coining of plates, the stretch plastics of simple parts.It can be used in some industries,such as electrical machine,appliance,and military enterprise,etc.This design will complete the hydraulic system for 5000kn single arm press machine,the check for main engine and parts.By the demonstration of transmission,analysis of control elements and calculations for hydraulic system flow the design for hydraulic system is completed.The main engine of 5000kn single arm press machine with the armed structure can approach works and it’s easy to load and unload the works.Rack and rib can make the whole design for the rack according to the standard and regulations of machine design by reasonably choosing work material.It can finish the force analysis of body.Through the force analysis for the girder and strut it completed the check for other parts.Finally,it can design and check the main cylinder in the body.
In this design the author reasonably designs the hydraulic system,body,main cylinder and all the parts by teacher’s guidance and referring to a large number of document literature.The machine has a large working place,a good guide and rapid speed.
