it is very important to keep a good mood at all times because of several reasons.first of all,keeping a good mood will help increase a person's productivity of accomplishing tasks.Secondly,keeping a good mood and having a positive outlook on things will attract more people to socialize and work with that individual.Last but not least,keeping a good mood will reduce the risks of diseases.However,it's not always easy to keep a good mood.For example,in the times of stress,it's relatively difficult for one to immediately adjust his/her mood.My suggestion is that think about your health,think about the bigger picture and enjoy life while you can.
