Healthy foods are what we eat in our family.For breakfast,we eat porriage,pickles,steamed stuffed buns or fritters.For lunch,we eat various vegetables with rice or noodles.For example,we can eat brocolis,cabbages,tomatoes,chilis,eggplants,beans,beancurd,spinach and so on.For supper,we eat starchy food,such as potatoes,sweet potatoes,pumkins,bananas,bread and milk and so on.It is always a great pleasure to taste all those different seasonal foods.Eating well is a way to ensure one's health.That's why we pay a lot of attention to our daily food and the nutritional contents.
