In the book White Fang, it begins with a half-wolf half-dog called White Fang. He starts out very kind and loving, but turns out as a vicious fighting wolf who hates everyone. In the end, though, White Fang meets a friendly owner called Scott who makes White Fang realise that not all humans are bad, and teaches him to like others again.
I enjoyed this book; I’ve never read one like it! I thought it was very unexpected. Some parts of the story were sad, while others were scary. I would recommend it to children aged 10-13 because of its violence.
My favourite part of the book was at the start when White Fang was just a cub and he lived happily with his mother because all of the characters were cheerful.
I rate the book three and a half out of five stars because it simply wasn’t quite to my taste.
