You seem to have some problems in dealing with the realationship between your real life and the internet.Well,just realax,what you are suffering is a typical problem these days.Here I would like to give some suggestions to help you get out of your difficult siutuation.

Just spend less time chatting online but more hanging out with your friends .You know although it is a great fun chatting online,however,internet is just a platform rather than your real life.

Also you should make your friends aware that internet is not as bad as they think.It is not a waste of time getting on line.
