No. 9 Order of the President of the PRC

The Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China, adopted at the 7th Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh National People’s Congress of the People’s Republic of China on February 28th, 2009, is hereby promulgated and shall be effective as of June 1st, 2009.
