I know you want to quit smoking,I here are some ways to quit smoking.

first,compietely or gradually reduce the number of smoking .Second,throw away all cigarettes and ashtray.Third,avoid paticipation in the hait of smoking places or activities.fourth,eat fruit and drink water after dinner,get rid of the hait of a cigarette after a meal.finally,must resolutely resist the temptation of cigarettes,often remind ourselves not to smoke.
