A good employee should equip herself/himself with passion in her/his works which is the fundamental issue.Hence to take pride of what she/he is doing is essential.Then,we are talking about the professionalism - to have integrity,to have discipline and honesty plus a good team player.Let me elaborate further,or just take an example for a staff's daily life in work:to be punctual for work says 0800 hours,to report/brief the supervisor about the past event and upcoming work; to work closely with fellow colleagues,be helpful and cheerful.thank you
