The building is in a prime area,the community around the building provides great business opportunities for entrepreneurs.The building is quite old in the community,and does not seen to provide enough attraction for people to explore the underground mall.The building has three floors,which is a good sized building.First,the building needs to be renovated throughout,the outside has to be repainted with attractive design and perhaps replaced with glass exterior.The interior also needs to be repainted depending on the condition,this will make it seen modern and attractive to consumers.Secondly,the underground stores need to be replaced with a large modern mall,as the university and community near it provides a large pool of consumers.As long as the mall is large-scale,the people will come and it will generate lots of revenue.Thirdly,the three floors can be modified into a gymnasium with swimming pool,where students and others living in the area can come and exercise or swim.This indirectly adds traffic to the underground superstore.The rest of the money can be used to improve the environment near the building,such as planting flowers and trees,this will add a great deal of people to the gymnasium as people often like to exercise in places with a good view.
