I'm not going to do the job for you because you have the responsibility to do it by yourself. However what I can do for you is to show you the strategies of interviews. I had a whole lecture which talked all the aspects you can work on for all kinds of interviews last semester, so I think I can share some experiences with you about the keys for a successful interviw.
Verbal:
1. self-introduction
2. handshake- be firm and keep eye contacting
3. interviewees should know the purpose of the interview before he or she starts
4. interviewees should anticipate question-prepare answers
Non-verbal:
1. Gestures-hands should always be above the waist and away from your sides
-be natural
-move purposfully
2. Facial expression- smiling + eye-contact (which suggests "gaze")
3. Body movement
4. Paralanguage(e.g. "Ah""Eh"...)
Here are some tips which suggest some meanings about hands and face:
1. Hands on face- sth to hide
2. Touching mouth/nose- lying/not believing what he or she is saying
3. Scratching neck- disagreement/anger/deception
For speeches:
volume/rate/rhythm/pitch
By saying that, I have a very interesting figures which was done by Galvin to show you in 1999.
message impact type of communication
7% words
38% tone of voice and inflection
55% facial expression, body position & gesture
You may have some difficulties with the referencing stuff if your lecturer requires one, the only thing I can suggest you is to search on Google in Advanced mood, and type into .edu as the requirments for the opening websites. I do have reference for all these above, unfortunatelly, you don't have an access to QUT (the uni I'm studying in Australia). Very important- these strategies are more suitable for western society, you need to make the selections by yourself to finish your own writing. 120 words is far too little if you want to write a very good essay. Good luck anyway! Nowadays, if you want to get a job, you have to go to a job interview. People looking for a job usually attach great importance to it because it gives you a chance to talk with your future employer face to face, and it determines whether you can get the job.
Interviewers always get the first impression through one’s appearance, which more or less indicates the characteristics and tastes, and so proper dressing is necessary. To ensure the interviewer that you are capable of the job, you must give your special ability and professional knowledge a full display. Another thing to remember is that you should tell the truth and introduce yourself honestly. Finally, always be confident of yourself and make it match your competence.
If you follow the advice, you will most probably succeed in a job interview and in most cases, you will get the job you are dreaming of.
