With the development of society, the construction of modern university campus are increasing to focus on the campus’ landscape environment. A library roof garden plays an important role in an ecological way for campus' construction process. It is particularly useful to provide extended spaces for outdoor study and leisurement. It can also be served for students communication and their innovation room. This proposal takes the the library roof garden of Shaoguan University as an example to explore the new design in order to provide useful information and reference for designing a library roof garden.
