Thank you very much for the IT support during the year 2012.We are really happy to have Raymond as our IT support!

In the past year,he had a very close contack with us for the System issues.He helped us with modifying the reports,which speeded up the order checking processes with more secure mode.Furthermore,concerning the most time consuming work,manual order,he proposed the improved the process with Ajk.By using the Ajk method,we shortened a lot the time for handling the manual orders and increased the productivity and OHCT.
