分析和判断定语从句究竟用什么关系词,关键不看先行词是什么,而是看定语从句本身.关系词在定语中,如果充当主语或者宾语,则用that,如果是充当地点性状语,用where,
eg：the book that is on the table is mine.在桌上的那本书是我的.
在这个句子中,定语从句“that is on the table”里,that做主语.
eg：the movie where jane is a strong characater is adapted from a novel.这部电影（Jane在其中是一个很有个性的角色）是改编自一本小说.
在这个句子中,定语从句“where jane is a strong characater”里,除去where,已经有了完整的主系表结构,换句话说,句子不缺that能充当的“主语”“表语”或“宾语”,那么句子能缺的,只能是状语（或者定语了）,where在这里,做地点性状语,说明jane is a strong characater这个事情发生的场合,是在那部movie里面.
