The primary focus here is on the structural design of the belt type roller machine.Based on the structural characteristics and the relevant parameters of the workpieces to be conveyed,a sketch design of the roller machine structure is finished,including the selection and calibration of belts,the calculation of driving power and the selection of driving motor; the selection and calibration of bearings,the structural design and stiffness check of the wheels.Besides,the structure and dimensions of the roller machine is determined according to the calculated results.The general assembly drawing and some essential components are graphed as well.
