摘要

自上世纪九十年代以来,随着***社会主义市场经济体制不断完善,资本市场得到飞速发展,直接融资的作用不断加强,企业融资渠道向着多元化发展.企业对市场经济的适应能力不断加强,能够自觉的根据市场环境来转换自己的经济行为.在市场经济的影响下,融资渠道走向多元化,让宏观因素成为企业在选择资本结构时必须要考虑的因素,而利率作为宏观因素中重要的一员,因此研究利率对企业资本结构的影响具有非常重要的理论和现实意义.

本文对***企业的资本结构现状进行了分析,得到对资本结构产生影响的各中因素,其中本文着重论述了利率对企业资本结构的影响,并且据此提出了相应的***建议.

Abstract:

Since the 1990s,along with the constantly improvement of our country 's socialist market economic system,capital market develops rapidly,the role of direct financing continue to strengthen,financing channels of enterprise become more diversitied.The enterprise's ability to adapt to market economy continuously strengthen,which can consciously transform its economic behavior according to the market environment.Under the influence of market economy,the financing channels are diversified.It makes macroscopic factors become the necessary when choosing the capital structure for enterprise.Interest rates,as one of the important macroscopic factors,therefore has very important theoretical and practical significance in studying the impact of interest rate on enterprise capital structure.

This paper analyzed the present situation of our country's enterprise capital structure,get the factors that affect the capital structure.This article emphatically discusses the influence of interest rate on enterprise capital structure,and puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations accordingly.
