自己一句一句听得可能有点错误不过应该能行

The year2008 has an extra day in it,Feburary 29.this is because what we call a leap year. every 4 year the year has 366 days instead of 365.why does this happened? well, it actually take the planet earth 365days and 6 hours to revolve compeletely around the sun.after 4 years, the extra 24 hours accumulaied so an extra days comes in the calender. it is called leap year because a hundred of years ago in england, the extra day wasn"t recognized.contrcts.not see the bine day on that day（不好意思这句实在没听出来大概是讲这些人都没发现）The British just left over that day.Thats for a year with 29 days in Febulary is consequentally called leap years,the 29th day is sometimes called leap day.If you born in 29 Feburary,it is difficulty celebrating youe birthday as the day only occurs once in 4 years.

so people turn to celebrate on 28 Feb or 1st March.every year there is one tradition in the UK associated to the 29 Feb introduce to,(这句也不是很清楚) many centuries agowomen were allowed to break the tradition on purpose to their boyfriend on this day.this is started at the 5th centuiy.when the famous Irish saint,Briget complained to ST.Patrick another famous saint said any woman yelling for purpose could ask their boyfriend to marry them on the traditional day in Feb. The circle tradition was even written in the law in the 13th century.Scotland pass te law and allow women to marry the men in the leap year.it is said if the men refused ,they have to pay a fine.Now in 2008.there is a call for 29Feb to be a public holiday.somepeople believe it shoule be an offical day off because noone get to pay extra for working in the extra dayin the leap year.But this moment British still have to go worl this day.天两分半的听力我听了十分钟打了半小时翻译真心不容易

2008年有多余的一天,二月二十九日.这是因为我们说的闰年.每四年就会有一年是366天而不是365. 为什么呢?因为地球绕太阳一周需要365天6小时,4年过后累积下来多出的24小时就变成多出的一天出现在日历上.他被称作闰年因为一百年前在英国,这多出来的一天没有被认识、、、、、、英国人只是把这天忘到脑后了.这就是二月有29号时这年因此被称为闰年,2.29又是被称作闰日.如果你的生日在2.29,很难庆祝你的生日因为他四年只有一次.所以人们经常改在2.28或3.1过.太长了是在打不下去了T^T
