第一句话不好翻译啊,因为如果用过去式,那说明我们现在不是父母的孩子,如果用现在时,则汉语的意思就失去了,跟后面一句不能呼应了.这句话不能在形式上保留,只能在意思上保留.
句与句之间是转折关系,所以我加了but, 最后一句希望再被父母骂,但可能已经不能实现了,所以我用了虚拟语气.
请容我这样处理： A decade ago, we were just kids of our parents, but a decade later, we have our own kids; A decade ago, we didn't feel the sweetness of the home, and we haven't felt it until a decade later. A decade ago, I was eager to leave my home for a distant place, but a decade later, I am looking forward to returning home from the distant place. A decade ago, I kicked up a fuss at my parents, but a decade later, I wish my parents could scold me again.
