i believe that killing is a serious crime no matter what was the condition of the prosecutor. but i dont think death is the best way to resolve the problem. the person who killed the other accidentally should have a chance to regret for what he/she has done because by sentencing him to death, it is only taking life of another man away. it is not going to change the fact that the victim has already dead. the prosecutor should definitely be punished but the punishment shouldnt be death. 如果你在美国, 你可以说 according to 8th amendment in the bill of rights, no cruel and unuasual punishment is allow.
