原因状语从句
常用 because, since, as, for fear ( 恐怕 ), seeing that ( 既然 ) , now that (=since), considering that ( 考虑到 ) 等引导.如：
Because he was ill, he did not go to school yesterday.
Since you are ill, I'll go alone.
As it is snowing, we have to stay at home.
Shut the window for fear (that) it may rain.
It is still in excellent condition considering that it was built 600 years ago.

① because 不与 so 连用.
② because of 后接短语.
如： He didn't go to school because of his illness.
③ for（因为）是一个并列连词,只能放在后面的并列分句前面,表示一种推理或解释,或用作附加说明.
如：The day breaks ,for the birds are singing.
You couldn't have seen him, for he wasn't there.
