问题3：the people to whom I've been able to turn in times of real trouble这并不是一个完整的句子,只是一个名词the people,后面加了whom引导的定语从句,介词归位后应该是这样的whome i've been able to turn to in times of real trouble.意思是那些我可以在真正艰苦时刻求助的人.

问题2：当no用作形容词时,可直接放在名词之前,如果名词的前面有a、any、much、many、enough等词,就要改用not,不用no:因此,I have no money．或I have not any money．所以这句话是正确的.

问题1：两个分句均是倒装语序.

如果合成一句话的话,应该是Life is as a tale.

So is life.是英语中很常见的一种倒装.如John is good at playing piano.So is his brother.
