incentive是名词或形容词用在这里不恰当,可改成encourage,其他都没什么语法错误了,不过这个表语从句看着不太舒服if teachers have financial interests in seeing their students excel,这里可以用虚拟时态,把have改成had,后面will改成would,而且逻辑关系不是很明显,这句话翻译过来是如果老师看到他们的学生杰出后有经济利益,只能说得过去没语法错误,但不是很完美,我也就不改了
The principal reason for my view is that if teachers had financial interests in seeing their students excel then it would encourage them to come up with creative techniques and ideas to motivate their students.
