A British corporation wants to build a paper mill in our city.But people have different opinions on it.
Some people agree on the construction.Firstly,It can creat more jobs for the local people,by the way,it can put forward the local economic development.Secondly,the paper mill will bring in many new machines including some environmental protection equipment as well as the new management theory.
However,some people don't think so for the paper mill bring lots of noise which may effect people's life.Besides,it may release poisonous gas which is harmful to people's health.In addition,the polluted way poured from the paper mill will pollute the river.
Therefore,we should make careful consideration of it.
