As we all know,people want to keep healthy.But how can we do that?It seems mysterious.So I think we should eat more vegetables and fruits,because they contain a lot of vitamins.We would better not eat too much butter,cheese,chocolate and drink coffee,because they contain a lot of sugar and fat.It could make you become fatter and fatter.In a word,we'd better have a balanced diet.We also need to take exercise everyday and have a good rest,so that we can keep fit always.By the way,we shouldn't stay up too late and we'd better not smoke.In this way,I'm sure that we can becomestronger and stronger.
