that ,强调句型

史密斯先生对这个城市还不够熟悉,因为他是两个月前,三月份才开始在这里工作的

it was tow month ago that he started working here是一个强调句型,判断标准是去掉it was...that这三个词句子还是完整的就行

当然这题容易选when,但意思不对“当他开始在这里工作时是2个月前”,这个不能表示时间短
