1、问题的题眼是some recent changes（注意,不是一个变化）,因此你需要针对这一点首先作出应答,如先说 there are many changes recently,such as …,接下来再用你的这段话作为重点举例.

2、become have conditions 是中式英语,因为一句话出现了两个没有语法关系的动词become 和 have.

你的意思是想说“变得有条件”,其实可以变通为“能够买得起”,可以改为 more and more people can afford to own their private cars 或more and more people have their economic capability to be able to afford to own their private cars
