这个并不是楼主所谓的：主语 + be + adj + 不定式中用主动表被动的用法,而是以下的情况：
1. 在too...to... 和 enough to结构中,可用不定式的主动形式也可以用被动形式,但用主动形式更常见（尤其是不定式中动词是不及物动词时）.
如：
The passage is too hard to translate. 这一段太难,无法翻译.
The box is too heavy to move. 这个箱子太重,搬不动.
This book is cheap enough to buy. 这本书便宜值得买.
2. 但若要强调句中的受事者,也可用不定式的被动式.
如：
This box is too heavy to be lifted. 这箱子太重,拿不起来.
